RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned speaking order, dated nil, Annexure P-13, consequently for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate action, as provided in Section 175 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, on his representation, dated 06.02.2023, Annexure P-6, removing respondent No.7 as Sarpanch and respondents No.9 and 10 from the post of Panch of Gram Panchayat Sirsali, Tehsil Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri being disqualified as they or their family members are illegally possessing the common land of village Bhopali. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.2 to 5 to remove the unauthorised possession of respondents No.8 to 13 from the common land of village Bhopali, Tehsil Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as available to him in accordance with law.
