Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and has placed on file affidavit of petitionerR.K.Tailor to this effect and undertakes to vacate the demise premises by 31.12.2018 Dismissed as withdrawn subject to the terms as follows: (i) The petitioner will clear all the arrears of rent due up to 31.12.2018 within a period of three weeks. (ii) He will file affidavit before the Executing Court giving undertaking to vacate the demised premises by 31.12.2018.

As the petition has been withdrawn, no order is passed on application filed by respondents.
