As per office report, LRs of the petitioner i.e. Nos.1 to 3 remain unserved as their houses were found locked. LR Nos.4 and 6 stand duly served. Qua LR No.5, it has been reported that the address mentioned does not come under the jurisdiction of the Court concerned. None has come forward on behalf of the LRs who have been served. There is no other address available with the Court for service of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
