SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Mohd. Sakir and Afasana, the petitioners before this Court, claim themselves to be of marriageable age. They have pleaded that they have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 10 and seek protection of their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from respondents No.4 to 10. They have placed on record Nikah Nama and photographs, Annexures P-3 and P-4, respectively evidencing their marriage. The petitioners have submitted a representation Annexure P-5 to Superintendent of Police, Nuh (Mewat).

Petitioner No.2 was earlier married to respondent No.4 in the year 2003 but due to matrimonial dispute, she claims to have obtained divorce from him, though no evidence of divorce has been placed on the record.

CRWP No.1052 of 2021 {2} value of the documents placed on the file, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners, Annexure P-5 and grant them protection, if any threat to their life and liberty is perceived. It is made clear that this order shall not be taken to protect the petitioners from legal action for violation of law, if any, committed by them.
