Subhash Chand .........Respondent
Present:
Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioner.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The police protection given by the Court below to preserve its own order of injunction which was granted, was correctly done and I will find no scope for interference.
2.
The counsel states that he will give an undertaking that he will not do anything to change the character of the property and that he is making the digging only for some agricultural purpose. If he is not attempting to do any act which disturbs the status quo and he has any justification therefor, the petitioner will approach the Court to seek for such modification and secure appropriate orders. There is no scope for intervention in the order already passed and I dismiss the civil revision with the above observations.
