GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) 1.
This petition has been filed on behalf of the complainant seeking cancellation of bail as granted by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2019. 2.
Learned counsel has submitted that in the present case although the bail had been granted to the petitioner in respect of offences punishable under Sections 354-A(i)(9i), 365, 376(1) & 506 IPC but subsequently at the stage of framing of charges the trial Court has also framed charges for offence under Section 4 of POCSO Act and that the same being a serious offence, the bail as granted by this Court is required to be cancelled. 3.
I have considered the submissions addressed before this Court. 4.
The ground canvassed before this Court for cancellation of bail cannot be said to be sufficient enough to justify cancellation of bail as granted by this Court. It is for the accused to apply to the Court concerned to seek bail in GAURAV SOROT 2020.01.29 13:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
