ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this 2nd petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.30 dated 09.04.2018 registered under Sections 22 of the NDPS Act and 18-A, 18-C of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa.

Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in some other FIRs, restricts her argument to the extent that the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of and the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably till 31.07.2022.
