The order passed in the application moved under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC is a decree and as per Section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the petitioner has the remedy of filing appeal against the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the revision petition with liberty to file the appeal. Ordered accordingly. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
