The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate order and direction to the respondents No. 1 & 2 for reinvestigation of FIR No. 0231 dated 22.09.2023 under Section 304-A, 279, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1). 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to enable him to take appropriate steps in accordance with law by approaching the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
