The challenge in the instant revision petition is to the order dated 22.02.2013 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana whereby the civil suit filed by the petitioner has been dismissed for want of non-prosecution as well as order dated 10.11.2016 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana whereby an appeal filed by the petitioner against order dated 22.02.2013 has been dismissed.

Perusal of the file shows that vide order dated 23.09.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner sought three weeks time to furnish correct address of respondent No.7 which has not been furnished even till date inspite of repeated orders passed by this Court. 3.

On 03.08.2023, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned for today by granting last opportunity. Even today none is present on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to further pursue the instant petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
