*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to take legal action against respondent No.5 for releasing the Panchayat Land on lease without issuing any public notice and passing of resolution in the Panchayat and approval of concerned officials.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application, if so advised, to seek eviction of the unauthorized occupant from the land.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
