***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J . (Oral) Appellant-Dalbir Singh has preferred the instant appeal challenging judgment dated 20.12.2003 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur.

We find that the present appellant namely Dalbir Singh is also arrayed as an appellant in CRA-D-102-DB-2004 where the same very judgment is under challenge. Two separate appeals for the same cause of action cannot be entertained.
