The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order dated 13.05.2025 passed in CWP-132542025, whereby the respondents are directed to decide the legal notice dated 10.04.2025, taking note of the aforesaid judgment, within a period of six months. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that, in compliance of the order dated 13.05.2025, order dated 12.02.2026 has been passed by Mr. Gurinder Singh Sodhi, Director School Education (Secondry), Punjab, and a copy of the said order has been produced, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners.

A perusal of order dated 12.02.2026 shows that order dated 13.05.2025 passed in CWP-13254-2025 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, the contempt stands purged and the rule is LALITA 2026.03.27 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 12.02.2026 in accordance with law. 6.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
