RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to official respondents to decide the application bearing registration No.CMOFF/N/2023/053511, dated 04.05.2023, Annexure P-4, which was subsequently forwarded to respondent No.4 for inquiry and the same is pending adjudication for more than six months. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, District Jhajjar, to look into the representation, if any filed by the petitioner before him within seven days from today, and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from its receipt.
