Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2022, the retiral benefits have not been released to him, despite the fact that the No Balance Certificate, that was required of him, having also been submitted on 21.10.2024. In this regard, a legal notice dated 12.11.2024, Annexure P-6, has been served upon respondents, but the same yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.
