The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.83 dated 19.04.2022 registered under Sections 3/13(1), 8/13(3) and 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station Bichhore, District Nuh.

Vide order dated 27.01.2023, petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail in the following terms:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor any recovery, much less of the meat, effected from his possession." 3.

Learned counsel for the State states that pursuant to order dated 27.01.2023, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
