Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 5.9.2014 (Annexure P-1).

Heard.

By way of this petition, petitioner had sought direction to the Trial Court to decide the application moved by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Admittedly, now the said application has been disposed of by the Trial Court on 7.2.2015.

In these circumstances, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
