NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.159 dated 04.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 354, 354-B and 323 IPC, registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, on merits.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that the challan in the case has been presented on 06.2.2023 and the charges are yet to be framed in the matter. In view of the aforesaid status, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Permitted to do so.
