Present appeal pertains to the year 2020 and the same has repeatedly been adjourned on request of counsel for the appellant. On 16.05.2023 counsel for the appellant sought more time to address arguments. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on various dates. None had appeared on behalf of the appellant on 23.04.2024. Again on 21.10.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to today. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, despite the case being called twice. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
