Present appeal pertains to the year 2020 and the same has repeatedly been adjourned on request of counsel for the appellants. On 16.05.2023 counsel for the appellants sought more time to address arguments. The adjournment was allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- as costs. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on various dates. None had appeared on behalf of the appellants on 23.04.2024 nor any receipt of payment had been submitted with the Registry. Again on 21.10.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellants and the case was adjourned to today. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, despite the case being called twice. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
