This is revision against the order dated 01.10.2015 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana, whereby the application filed by the respondents to examine the hand-writing expert was allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that the comparison of signatures have been allowed from the photocopy, which is not admissible in evidence.

The evidentiary value of the evidence being produced by the respondents is a matter to be seen by the Court at the time of final decision of the case.
