Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 11.9.2014 (Annexure P-5) whereby application moved by the the petitioner for forwarding the agreement to sell dated 2.6.2006 to Forensic Science Laboratory, Haryana at Madhuban for comparison, was dismissed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record available on the file carefully. Respondent No. 1 has filed suit for specific performance of agreement to sell dated 2.6.2006. Both the parties have examined their respective experts in support of their case. The experts examined by the parties have given their reports in favour of the party examining them. Civil Revision No. 6604 of 2014 (O&M) -2on the basis of evidence led before it. However, no ground to send the agreement to sell in question, for examination to the Forensic Science Laboratory, is made out as the petitioner has already examined his expert in support of his case.

No ground for interference by this Court is made out. Dismissed.
