CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The plaintiff wanted an expert to be examined in rebuttal evidence to prove that the signatures of the defendant which he denied were really the signatures of the defendant. The trial Court has found that there is no reason for such evidence. The counsel for the petitioner refers to me a judgment of this Court in R.P. Chhabra Vs. R.K. Arora in C.R. No.4749 of 2012 dated 03.11.2014 as making possible for such an examination. I do not take this to be a point of law for reappraisal of this Court. I will take it to be a matter of discretion exercised by the Court which must reside there at the trial Court only and will not be subject of challenge in revision petition.
2.
The revision petition is dismissed.
