R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) This revision has been filed against the order of the trial Court feeling aggrieved against the refusal to grant the ad interim injunction. However, the matter was still pending at the stage of filing the written statement as well as reply to the application for temporary injunction.

The Appellate Court dismissed the appeal being not maintainable, as the application for temporary injunction was still pending. Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that pleadings of the parties are complete before the trial Court. CR No. 6613 of 2014 -2direction to the learned trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction within a period of one week from 09.02.2015, the date already fixed before it.
