RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned orders, dated 15.07.2019, Annexures P-6 and P-7, passed by respondent No.3 under Section 5 of the Public Premises (Eviction of unauthorised occupants) Act 1971, whereby alleged encroachment of house by petitioner has been ordered to be demolished and the petitioner has been ordered to be evicted from said land and order dated 14.11.2019, Annexure P-9, passed by the Court of learned District Judge, Ambala, whereby appeal under Section 9 of the Public Premises (Eviction of unauthorised occupants) Act 1971, challenging the eviction order dated 15.07.2019, has been dismissed.

The case is pending adjudication since February 07, 2020. Perusal of the record shows that repeatedly there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last four consecutive dates. Today also the position is same.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. December 13, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
