(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to ensure free, fair and impartial inquiry in the complaint/representation dated 17.08.2021 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if his complaint/representation (Annexure P-5) is looked into by the concerned authority and a decision thereon is taken within four weeks from today.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to look into the complaint/representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and same be decided within a period of four weeks from today in accordance with law.
