Mr. J.S.Dhaliwal, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that DSP is seized with the matter but the petitioner is not cooperating with the police authorities. State counsel further submits that in case, the petitioner joins the inquiry, the matter would be disposed of without any delay.
