CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned order whereby the application filed for payment of court fee in compliance of the order dated 10.09.2009, has been dismissed.

The application for filing the court fee was filed on 3.4.2015 i.e. after five years. No explanation has come forth as to why the court fee was not filed within the time line fixed in the order dated 10.09.2009. The order was caveated that in case the petitioner sought permission to affix the court fee that will be objected. Once it is so, the remedy, if any, for the petitioner lies elsewhere but not by moving the application as has been done.

I do not intend to differ with the order under challenge. No ground for interference is made out. The revision petition is dismissed.
