The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.133 dated 18.11.2015 registered under Section 498-A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR, on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that both the petitioners in the present case have since died and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
