The present appeal pertains to the year 2024. On 01.02.2024 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant to 05.04.2024. On 05.04.2024 the case was again adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant to 01.08.2024. On 01.08.2024 the case was adjourned to today by order. Today the matter has been called twice since morning. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
