CR No.7174 of 2011 (O & M) CR No.7175 of 2011 (O & M) CR No.576 of 2012 (O & M) -2namely Anil Chopra would pay rent at the rate of Rs.14,000/- per month from 01.09.2018 with regard to the disputed premises. In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press this petition. Respondent-tenant shall remain bound by the statement made. All the petitions are disposed of.

Tenant has also agreed that he shall keep increasing the rent at the rate of Rs.500/- per year.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are disposed of, in view of the above said judgment.
