Vide order dated 31.01.2023, the parties had been directed to get their statements recorded before the trial Court with respect to the compromise so effected between them. As per the report received from learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ambala, the parties did not appear before the Court for getting their statements recorded.

Purely in the interest of justice, adjourned to 07.12.2023.

It is made clear that in case there is no representation on the adjourned date as well, the instant petition shall be dismissed for nonprosecution." Case has been called twice, however, even on second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent No.2.
