The petition is against the interim order of injunction by a direction for preservation of status quo. The Trial Court has granted the interim relief by considering the plaintiff's case and on a consideration of the reports given by the commissioner. The property claimed by the plaintiff is one acquired in exchange with the defendant. The defendant was denying the plaintiff's user of the property as passage. The Court was of the view that in the light of the commissioner's report and the submissions made by the plaintiff that the defendant had right of user of the suit property for ingress and egress, directed the preservation of the status quo and and ensure that such a relief would not still affect the defendant's user of the property.
