      **** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 08.05.2018 (Annexure P-5) vide which services of the petitioner as Counsellor, ICTC, were terminated w.e.f. 08.05.2018, allegedly without issuing any show cause notice during her maternity leave period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered a letter dated 04.08.2014 issued by Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Finance Department, in the course of hearing which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'. He cites said letter and submits that the proceedings before this Court have been rendered infructuous.Further informs that the claim of petitioner qua the salary for the maternity period is still in the process.

In view of the aforesaid, it is expected of the respondents to pass appropriate orders with regard to the salary qua maternity period within a period of 3 months from today.
