(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2-5 to conclude a fair and impartial investigation arising out of FIR No.208 dated 17.08.2021 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at P.S. Sarabha Nagar, Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh submits that the final report relating to the investigation being carried out in pursuance to the afore-mentioned FIR shall be submitted to the concerned Court within a period of 8 weeks from today by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner as well. Disposed of accordingly.
