(ORAL) This is petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of interim bail of 30 days to the petitioner pending trial in case FIR No.228 dated 27th of May, 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 285, 302, 341, 364 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Gadpuri, District Palwal on the ground that wife of the petitioner has been advised surgery for removal of implant. 2.

State Counsel appears on advance notice and produce medical report of the wife of the petitioner.

Perusal thereof would reveal that wife of the petitioner indeed needs surgery for removal of implant but the release of the petitioner on the pretext of said purpose would not be justifiable. 4.

However, keeping in view the prayer that the petitioner wishes to be by the side of his wife at the time of surgery, he will be taken to the Deepak Kumar 2024.01.31 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
