Through the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the concession of his being enlarged on regular bail, in FIR No.41 dated 18.04.2022, under Section 302/34 of the IPC (Section 201 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Badhni Kalan, District Moga. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to, at this stage, withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
