AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Concededly, civil suit filed by the petitioner-plaintiff for declaration and permanent injunction, wherein, interim injunction granted vide order dated 25.05.2004, for restraining defendant no.1 from alienating the suit land, has been dismissed.

The present revision petition is directed against the dismissal of the application moved under Order 39 Rule 2-A of Code of Civil Procedure for violation of the stay order.

In view of the fact that suit has been dismissed, no cause of action subsists in the present petition.

Dismissed as infructuous.
