The petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of order dated 28.08.2018 passed in CWP-21559-2018. The operative part of order dated 28.08.2018 is as follows:- "Ms. Palika Monga, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. While referring to the orders passed by this Court, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders for considering the claim of the petitioner for promotion as per service book and place on record the order passed on the next date of hearing."

Respondent in compliance of order dated 28.08.2018, passed order dated 15.01.2019 (Annexure P-3) and included his name in the ranking list of 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15. COCP-391-2020 -2satisfied with the order passed by the competent authority and issued a contempt notice and then filed this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that while passing order dated 15.01.2019, entries in the service book of the petitioner have not been considered.

The respondents have passed order as per service record of the petitioner and if the petitioner is still having any grievance, he can raise the issue in the pending writ petition or by availing other legal remedy available to him.

No other action in this petition is required or called for. This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
