(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the present petition has become rendered infructuous as the present revision petition was against the order dated 26.09.2016 whereby the application for stay of execution proceedings during the pendency of application for setting aside the ex parte judgment and decree dated 11.01.2008, was dismissed. However, now the application itself for setting aside ex parte judgment and decree dated 11.01.2008 has been dismissed on 09.08.2017. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
