On 04.07.2022 the following order was passed : "As per the office report, notice could not be issued to unserved respondent Nos.8, 9 and 11 as counsel for the petitioner has not furnished fresh/correct addresses. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 12.09.2022. Last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish fresh/correct addresses of TRIPTI SAINI 2023.05.29 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

It is made clear that in case the order is not complied with, the present revision petition qua unserved respondent Nos.8, 9 and 11 shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution.

Neither fresh/correct addresses of respondent Nos.8, 9 and 14 have been filed nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. Even on the previous date, none had put in appearance on behalf of counsel for the petitioner. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
