Main Case.

The election petitioner who has challenged the election of respondent no.2-Kulwinder Kaur as Sarpanch of Village Tarmala, Block Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib under Section 66 of the Punjab State Election Commission Act,1994 is in revision assailing the order dated 6.1.2015 (P-4) passed by the Election Tribunal, Sri Muktsar Sahib whereby it has proceeded to treat issue nos. 3,4,5 and 7 as preliminary issues instead of first deciding the application of the petitioner for summoning of the records and fresh counting of the ballot papers in the light of a mistake having been committed by the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.02.06 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.
