Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, states that he does not wish to press the present petition on merits. However, he prays that it be clarified that anything observed in the impugned order dated 07.11.2024 would not affect the merits of the case. 2.

In the present case the Trial Court vide the impugned order dated 07.11.2024 has itself observed that anything observed in the order would not affect the merits of the case. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

Disposed off, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
