This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in CWP-33008-2025. 2.
Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 20.11.2025 was duly complied with and he has handed over a speaking order dated 03.03.2026 in Court today alongwith the translation, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.
In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
