Present petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR No.233 dated 25.06.2024 under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Faridabad Central, District Faridabad. 2.
Perusal of the record reveals that on 28.01.2025 and 11.03.2025, present petition was adjourned on request made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, on 27.05.2025 and 29.07.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, and the petition was adjourned to 08.10.2025.

On 08.10.2025, Mr. Navnit Sharma, Advocate, appeared on behalf of Mr. Abhishek Yadav, Advocate, for the petitioner and sought an adjournment on the ground that Mr. Abhishek Yadav had joined the office of learned Advocate General, Haryana. On his request, the matter was adjourned to 30.10.2025.

On 30.10.2025, there was again no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the matter was adjourned to 27.01.2026, i.e. today. Even today, the position remains the same.

In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution. 6.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
