It is apparent that respondents/plaintiff no.1-Rama Rani has filed a suit for possession by way of partition qua 1/4th share out of the suit land having inherited right, title and interest in the property from her ancestors being Mohtim in perpetuity.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.

In view of the statement made at the Bar, present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
