Learned counsel for the respondents states that the entire construction of the hospital has been completed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, he does not wish to press the present petition. However, the Tribunal had while parting with the impugned order held that construction would be without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner and the same may be maintained. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as not pressed with an observation that construction raised on the disputed property would be subject to the outcome of the main suit. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
