The First Appellate Court, on the basis of the attorney executed by Mahfuz-Ur-Rahman, has permitted his attorney to contest the appeal filed by the petitioner. The petitioner claims that the aforesaid attorney is a forged document and the original respondent Mahfuz-Ur-Rahman has already died. This fact is required to be proved by the petitioner. The Court has only permitted the Advocate to appear.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
