Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 & 3 for taking appropriate legal action against respondents No. 4 to 8 or to conduct investigation in fair and proper manner.

Petitioner, who is a complainant in this case, is aggrieved that occurrence had taken place on 30.11.2018 and he sustained injuries and was medicolegally examined as well. But the police did not register the case and no action has been taken so far. Petitioner also made representation dated 12.12.2018 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police District Amritsar, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police District Amritsar, is directed to look into the representation dated 12.12.2018 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
