Instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing order dated 02.09.2014, Annexure P-6, passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ludhiana, whereby application filed by the petitioner-company under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been dismissed.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties.

This fact has been verified by the counsel for the respondent. He submits that he has instructions to state that the respondent will withdraw the civil suit pending before the Trial Court.

In view of above development, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant revision petition. 3.
